The staff was very helpful, when I arrived late night. I enjoyed the my stay there very much. They have renovated the rooms since I was there before. Very clean and peaceful. And it is central to Waikiki and the many stores and activities available.

First off, it's right smack in the middle of waikiki where all the action is and yet the staff and owner gave us a home away from home feel . Everything you need is within a 2 minute walking distance. Grocery store, street markets, eateries, shopping and best of all the beach. A day before checking in, Robert the office manager texted us in advance for any other request or requirements that we might need and if we needed transportation from the airport. We informed him what time we would be arriving. Robert checked us in and helped with the luggage. The room is spacious, clean. It has a kitchen with stove , full size refrigerator and microwave. The place my dad and liked to hang out was the balcony. The liveliness of the area was intoxicating. Thanks guys for making us feel like part of the family. I would definitely recommend this establishment to all my family and friends visiting Hawaii.

So this place was perfect for what we needed. No it is not a hotel. No there is no daily cleaning service. No it is not brand new or very updated. We booked our stay here because we were traveling on a budget and I wanted a room with a full kitchen so we could save money on dining. The Staff were amazing. Very helpful and attentive enough when we needed them. But we are low maintenance, not fancy people. I appreciated the privacy and the lack of people around 24/7. When I stay at hotels with my kids, I always feel like I have to tell them to stop having fun, don't be loud, etc.etc. While staying here, my kids referred to the room as "home" more than once. It was perfect for what we needed and Howard accommodated special requests. Would stay here again if we ever get the chance to return.

Management and staff were friendly, room was clean. Amazed at the thick walls, at one point I didn't realize my next door neighbor was playing music until i went outside. Absolutely loved the location, it is two blocks to the beach, and anything you could want within a few minutes. One of the nicer blocks in all downtown IMO thanks to the little triangle park in front. Hilarious people complaining on here about the neighborhood, it's downtown in city of 1 million! Much better than you'd expect if you are familiar with downtown areas on the mainland. I arrived at night and a security guard greeted me getting out of the cab. Management certainly doing their part and I appreciated that.
